All customers should provide a form of identification in order to transact with Bonhams.

For individuals:

Please upload a copy of your government-issued photo identification (such as a driving licence or passport) showing your full name, date of birth and residential address. If the ID does not contain your address, please also upload a proof of your current address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.

For any other entity:

Please upload copies of:

• The certificate of incorporation or registration, showing the entity's full name, registered address and directors
• Documentary confirmation of each beneficial owner owning 25% or more of the entity
• ID documentation for the authorised signatory and the beneficial owner(s)
